Course Description

RPL identifies, assesses, and certifies competencies against set standards, regardless of how they were acquired. 

Course Objectives

  1. Validate skills and knowledge acquired through experience, training, or informal learning. 
  2. Provide pathways for career progression by recognizing prior competencies. 
  3. Enhance access to further education by certifying non-formal and informal learning. 
  4. Promote lifelong learning through structured recognition of diverse skills. 
  5. Align workforce skills with industry needs by standardizing qualifications. 

Requirements

  1. Proof of prior learning or experience/skills (e.g., work records, portfolios, certifications, or testimonials). 
  2. Evidence of competence through practical demonstration, interviews, or assessments.
