Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS)

Course Description

ACLS is an advanced, instructor-led classroom course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care. It also covers airway management, Basic ECG and related pharmacology. The course runs for total of 2 days. 

Accredited by American Heart association (AHA) 

Course Objectives

  • Ensure that participants demonstrate proficiency in airway management, rhythm recognition, and pharmacological interventions. 
  • Equip healthcare providers with advanced decision-making skills for managing stroke, cardiac arrest, and acute coronary syndromes. 

Requirements

  • Must be a healthcare provider (e.g., paramedic, nurse, physician, or advanced emergency medical technician) 
  • Valid BLS certification before ACLS training. 
  • Completion of the ACLS Pre-Course Self-Assessment with a passing score (usually 70% or higher) 
  • Prior review of ACLS provider manual (e-book or physical copy) provided before training.
